Brown Bag Lunch Thursdays
This simple weekly meeting welcomes new and seasoned participants to join in. Bring your own lunch on Thursdays at 12 noon, sharp, and we’ll dine and chat in Women Supporting Women Center style. We’ll all share a “New and Good,” and then have a Go Around regarding a particular topic. Topics can be seasonal, current events-oriented, or totally original! New Thought Circle
Are you a student of Louise Hay, Abraham-Hicks, Science of Mind,  
Course in Miracles, Unity, Eckhart Tolle, and other of  the New  
Thought teachers? We, who have long been on a spiritual path, have  
been reading the books of all the great teachers through history,  
learning from the current living teachers of our time, and now  
something new is coming. Be a part of this emerging hybrid buffet of  
The Best of New Thought Principles. Each week, we will look at a New  
Thought principle, discuss what it means, how it works, and most  
importantly, how each of us can apply it in our daily lives. We will  
use written exercises, meditations, view DVD clips, listen to audio  
tapes, and share our insights together. The recommended fee is $10

Painting with Water Soluble Paints
No, I’m not even close to being an expert. But, I have so loved my introduction to oil painting that I just MUST share it with you! Supplies will meet you at the Center; just bring yourself. Maybe a smock or oversized shirt to protect your clothes. Soap & water cleanup with these oil paints! In the midst of gray and white winter, let’s splash bright colors on canvas and feed ourselves with vibrant tones! No experience, just enthusiasm, necessary! $35 materials fee. Journaling Through Grief
Grieving is a process that requires a willingness to face feelings. One key element of healing is having an avenue of expression for your many varied emotions. Come to this experiential workshop with a pen and paper ready to try writing prompts and journal exercises. Each exercise is designed to help you move along in your journey of healing and reclaiming life. Open to grievers regardless of how many years ago the loss occurred.
